A "no show" will require a full payment of service to re-book as well as a 100% payment of previous abandoned service. No exceptions will be considered To avoid cancellation fee (subject to owners discretion), please contact luxXEssence Wellness at 313-757-2769 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A reschedule request within 24 hours (sometimes 48 hours- see service page ) of your booking may be honored only once. Any "service credit(s)" are held for a period of no more than 30 days.
