Service Description
Existing Clients...Use this to book your Prepaid appointments. New Clients....Please see the Series 10 link to find out how you can get on this amazing deal *Please Note- an appt is to be booked once per month for the duration of 12 months in succession. Any month not booked by client will count towards the total plan and reduce months available. Missing an appt without proper notice will also cause total plan months to reduce and will not be reallocated or rebooked. The Series 10 Experience will not be extended beyond a 12 month cycle from time of booking- no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to a 100% of service cancellation fee. A "no show" will require a full payment of service to re-book as well as a 100% payment of previous abandoned service. No exceptions will be considered To avoid cancellation fee (subject to owners discretion), please contact luxXEssence Wellness at 313-757-2769 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A reschedule request within 24 hours (sometimes 48 hours- see service page ) of your booking may be honored only once. Any "service credit(s)" are held for a period of no more than 30 days. Please reschedule accordingly' Thank you
