On-location service option available for an additional travel and set up fee. Call 313-757-2769 to book this service * payment is due in full. Please be advised that all appts for this service must be made with at least a 7 day notice to artist. There is no refund nor will a reschedule request be honored without proper notice and is still at the discretion of management. Please be advised that most appointment reschedule request are honored but will accrue an additional fee for inconvenience. If the artist is responsible for any cancellations, a refund will be promptly submitted- refund processing does take 3-7 days. Please be advised that appoint times are an estimated start time. Due to factors often outside of the control of the artist, we cannot guarantee that any appointment will start or stop at the exact time listed. We will do our best to comply with the estimated time booked and apologize for any inconvenience or wait time. **This does not include Bridal Services. Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to a 100% of service cancellation fee. A "no show" will require a full payment of service to re-book as well as a 100% payment of previous abandoned service. No exceptions will be considered To avoid cancellation fee (subject to owners discretion), please contact luxXEssence Wellness at 313-757-2769 within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A reschedule request within 24 hours (sometimes 48 hours- see service page ) of your booking may be honored only once. Any "service credit(s)" are held for a period of no more than 30 days.
